Anchors Away Western Shirt by Rockmount (about 1/3 down the page - terrible navigation on that site).

The anchors on the chest are a wee too big - take them down by about 15%. Shirt makers should treat that area like good design and not fear the “white space”. The back I dig, but another perspective to design is that the front pieces could be part of a bigger story told on the back, but from a manufacturing perspective that’s probably a lot of trouble.
