In December 1977 CBS aired Johnny Cash’s second Christmas special including an all-star tribute to Elvis Presley, who had died two months before this program was taped.
Fellow rockabilly pioneers Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison and Jerry Lee Lewis joined Cash on “This Train Is Bound For Glory” in memory of Presley.
